1Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the ok444 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. ok444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the ok444 platform in any capacity.
• You must register using accurate personal information, including your legal name and a valid, active mobile number registered in your name.
• You may hold only one ok444 account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business, or entity when registering or using the ok444 platform. Corporate accounts are not permitted.

3Account Registration and Security

By creating an ok444 account, you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under that account. The following obligations apply to all registered players:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ok444 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must promptly notify ok444 customer support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ok444 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to report a compromise in a timely manner.
• All information provided during registration and subsequent KYC verification must be accurate, complete, and current. ok444 may request updated documentation at any time.
• ok444 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your National ID card, proof of address, or source of funds documentation.
• Accounts must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All transactions on the ok444 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern the movement of funds into and out of your ok444 account:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. ok444 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes to clear during peak hours.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. ok444 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. ok444 reserves the right to apply additional verification for withdrawals to a different payment method.
• ok444 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for bKash and Nagad transactions. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside ok444's control and will not be reimbursed.
• ok444 is obligated to conduct anti-money laundering checks in accordance with its compliance obligations. ok444 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal pending AML verification. Funds that cannot be verified as legitimately sourced may be confiscated and reported to relevant authorities.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ok444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including by registering duplicate accounts — will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the associated promotion. The value of individual free spins and any maximum withdrawal cap will be stated in the promotion details.
• ok444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with any other bonus unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.
• ok444 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion between players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.

6Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

ok444 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ok444 platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents standard gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ok444's systems or in any third-party game software. Any winnings derived from a software error will be declared void.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or ok444 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the ok444 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity. ok444 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation.
• Registering under a false identity, providing forged documents during KYC verification, or impersonating another person at any point during the use of the ok444 platform.
• Placing bets using funds obtained from fraudulent payment transactions, including stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bKash or Nagad top-ups, or chargebacks.

ok444 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. ok444's decision regarding prohibited conduct is final and binding.

7Intellectual Property

All content published on the ok444 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game artwork, promotional graphics, written content, software code, database structures, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of ok444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or create derivative works from any ok444 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ok444's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok444's liability to any player is limited as follows:

• ok444 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, even if ok444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ok444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and technical failures outside ok444's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of services.
• ok444 is not responsible for the content, fairness, or availability of third-party game software. While ok444 partners exclusively with internationally certified game providers, the ultimate responsibility for certified RNG integrity rests with the relevant software provider.
• Nothing in these terms limits ok444's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9Responsible Gaming Obligations

ok444 is committed to responsible gaming and complies with the following player protection obligations:

• ok444 provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to all registered players at no cost, accessible directly from account settings.
• A self-exclusion request takes effect immediately upon submission and locks the account for the period selected by the player. ok444 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
• ok444 may intervene proactively and contact players whose behavioural patterns suggest problem gambling. ok444 may impose cooling-off periods, temporary deposit limits, or request welfare checks where it deems appropriate.
• ok444 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to re-register or otherwise circumvent a self-exclusion. If you are self-excluded and believe you have been able to re-access the platform in error, you must notify ok444 customer support immediately.

10Account Suspension and Termination

ok444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the age eligibility requirement, the single-account rule, or the prohibited conduct provisions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ok444, or provision of fraudulent or unsatisfactory verification documents.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or prohibited purpose.
• Upon permanent account closure for cause, ok444 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where closure is at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to a player breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11Privacy and Data Protection

ok444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the ok444 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ok444 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. ok444 may share data with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) where necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

12Amendments to These Terms

ok444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, ok444 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ok444 platform after amended terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through ok444's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. ok444's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting customer support at [email protected]. ok444 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
